Shipping Policy

Delivery Terms:

Products will be shipped from Turkey via DHL to the address specified by the Buyer.

Production Time: 1–28 days
Shipping Time: 2–6 days via DHL, depending on the destination.

All products are personalized and carefully prepared specifically for the Buyer by Muka Marble LLC.

Insurance & Damage Protection:

All products shipped by Muka Marble LLC are 100% insured against damage during transit.

If a product arrives damaged, the Buyer only needs to photograph the wooden shipping crate, all documents attached to or placed on the crate, and the damaged areas of the product, and send these photographs to Muka Marble LLC.

Once the damage is verified, Muka Marble LLC will reproduce the damaged product free of charge and ship the replacement to the Buyer at no additional cost.

As our products are handcrafted from natural marble and can be customized upon request, the final weight and dimensions may vary slightly. The weights and dimensions listed are approximate values for standard sizes.
