Refund policy

Return Policy:
Natural Variations: Since our products are crafted from 100% natural stone, variations in veining, tone, and texture are inherent characteristics of the material and are not considered manufacturing defects. Minor color discrepancies due to lighting conditions (studio vs. natural light) or display settings do not constitute a basis for return.

Terms of Return: Due to the personalized and unique nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Notification: In case of a manufacturing defect, the Buyer must notify the Seller within 7 (seven) days of receiving the product.
If the product is damaged during shipping, photos of the damage and the wooden crate must be taken within 7 days and the seller must be informed.

Condition: If a return is approved, the product must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging and accessories.

Evaluation: The Seller will examine the returned product. If the defect is confirmed, the Buyer will be eligible for a refund or exchange.
